Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or other related field is required.
• At least two years’ experience in an analytical role in a healthcare organization.
• Strong computer skills, to include database management, word processing, spreadsheets (Excel), email and the internet.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, or other relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in an analytical role in a multi-specialty physician practice setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.

Summary/Objective

Conducts a range of specialized analysis of individual physician practices to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, increased productivity, maximized reimbursement and better expense management, all within the context of group practice and in accordance with relevant laws, payor requirements and Clinic policies.
